Nice hotel for your holiday

Very nice hotel, makes big impression on arrival. Spacious and very nice rooms which are cleaned every day. In a room there was kettle and fridge which was nice addon. Nice pools, a lot of activities during day. Also evening singers and entertainment in Showroom. Good/modern TV with Youtube access.

Half of the stay only one elevator was working and even it is super slow to close the doors and ect. So we were taking the stairs always, cause it was much faster than elevator. Pool towels can changed only once per week. Food got boring after couple of days. Will not be ok for those who would like to sleep before midnight because of sound of singer from terrace.

Great hotel, will be back!

Amazing hotel, it is very beautiful to walk in full of plants both inside and outside. The swimming pools were pretty good, with plenty of space (though we were there in May). The food was amazing, and the snack bar always full with good stuff (we had the all-inclusive option). The people working there were friendly and helpful.

I like this hotel

Very friendly staff. Incredibly tasty and varied food. Cool game area. Interesting evening shows. In general, everything is at a high level and very cool.Thank you for a good time

I will write what I didn't like not as a complaint, but so that maybe the hotel management will read and correct it. I did not like that the safe was paid. Of course, this is not a big price (about 3€ per day), but why is it paid at all? In the Snack Bar, the birds were pecking at the corn, this must be changed. And pay attention to the washing of plates in the buffet.

Great stay if you like a hotel in a quite area

Everything pool was exceptional, food was very good, and room even though it was on a lower floor had a beautiful view.

Nothing to do with the hotel which was exceptional, but the surrounding area was a bit quite for my taste

Beautiful location, great rooms, amazing lobby and cool design and aesthetic, great pools with plenty of sun loungers, food at buffet was plentiful and good quality

Was a bit hard to get information from staff, took some asking questions instead of being forthcoming (number of restaurants, inclusion, hours, etc). Phone line to reception also not working, no way to contact front desk from room

A great and worthwhile getaway.

We loved the activity staff especially, they were so much fun! The location is great too, you can access the beach and local shops. We loved the foliage throughout the resort, and the nightly shows. The buffet food was good and culturally inclusive. The pools were very relaxing and not overstimulating. Great experience overall!

It was hard to do anything, such as reserve a place in the water circuit or spa. We could only eat at one place, it was impossible to reserve an a la carte table. It would have been nice to have more buffet options with more consistent cuisine.

Welcome break from the awful winter we continue to experience but we won’t return.

Excellent breakfast but lunch and dinner were rather disappointing. Restaurant had a staff cafeteria feel about it and some of the staff were quite unfriendly! Having said that I wouldn’t want to do their job. Our all-inclusive package didn’t include premium drinks, so we ended up buying average quality Rioja and Albariño at €28 a bottle.

Free house wine was truly awful. It must take a lot of effort to produce and source wine of such poor quality. Absolutely no movement on late checkout even though my room was not serviced until after 1400 on day of departure. Housemaids were absolutely delightful though - so we all left a generous tip. The deserved it.

Really pleasant place to unwind, suits the chillaxing type of holiday.

Plenty of sunbeds, no panic with early queues, pools were really good too. Proximity to beach, only across the road. We were all-inclusive, food quality and choice were exceptional. Hotel cleanliness. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Some good entertainment in the Hello Bar, nice place to unwind in the evening, overlooking the sea, with some subtle entertainment.

First room smelling of smoke, from previous occupants, but facilitated with move. We weren't informed about the €10 towel charge at check-in, then when we went to get towels at pool, we were told to trapse back to reception as we needed to pay deposit for towels, nothing major, just annoying. Not much in the area around the hotel, small strip and the beach, but hotel facilities substitute for this.

Not as well sound insulated as we would have expected/liked. We had noisy neighbours both above and adjacent.

Good, but with some bad points

The variety and abundance of food in the hotel were impressive. I appreciated that the menu often included seafood and fish for dinner. However, it's worth noting that they were not always tasty. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to find free parking nearby, which is always a plus for travelers with a car. The hotel itself is visually appealing, and the rooms turned out to be spacious and comfortable. There is also a pleasant pool on the premises, and you can fill your water bottles from the fountains. I'd like to highlight a nice gesture from the staff - on my birthday, I received a bottle of wine, which added a festive touch to my stay.

Dirty plates were found in the restaurant, which is certainly not a pleasant sight and detracts from the overall experience. The beds in the room did not always stay in place, which caused discomfort. The lack of information about the availability and cost of paid drinks raised confusion and some disappointment (relevant for people with not All Inclusive option). Food quality raised questions. Some dishes were very tasty, but others left much to be desired - they were bland and served cold. The presence of dirty glasses near the pool, which were not cleared throughout the day, created an untidy impression. Slow internet was a significant drawback, especially if you need to work remotely. I can't overlook the poor quality of the food at the beach bar - it was not tasty, despite its abundance.

Fairly typical all inclusive Tenerife hotel, nice but restricted

Nice entrance and good spacious rooms, had 2 showers which was a bonus !

Buffet Restaurant was manic and birds constantly coming for food in outside area as well as messing from overhead canopies - witnessed it just missing someone. Limited menu on speciality restaurant so one visit there was enough even though could have had 2. Alcohol included was basic, and most brands were chargeable, Baileys, Frangelico etc etc which also had no non brand alternatives

Good but the details need to be worked out. I would come back but better prepared.

Loved the Platinum service. Breakfast was fabulous; the crepes were delicious. The adult-only pool was great! There was no rush for sunbeds. My favorite was the Poke Bowls at The View snack bar. The majority of the staff were really friendly and helpful.

My Room had two single beds instead of one double, which I asked for. So, every time I rolled over, I would fall between the two beds. The entertainment staff were unfriendly and would not include everyone. They had their favorites, and the rest would be ignored. I went to the aqua gym, and that was ok, but then when I tried to participate in other games like water polo and sjoel but was completely ignored and left out. It was not nice at all. The internet was pathetic, I couldn't connect to it at the start, and then when I finally could connect to it it was slow and kept disconnecting.
